It's so happy to see many mummies keep on breastfeeding when they back to work:-P :-P

Am going back to work after mid-autumn festival, also worry many things......(1) my milk supply will reduce; (2) may have difficulties to pump milk in office, always have meetings (except lunch time)

Though i have stored up some milk in freezer, now i start to give bb 1 meal in formula and am still struggling to replace one more meal in formula.............feel very guilty:-( :-( :-( i want to feed her in breastmilk at least 6 months.......

Am feeding my baby 5 meals as follows,
8:30 am ........... breastfeed
12:30 noon........breastfeed
16:30 pm.............formula
20:30 pm.............breastfeed
00:30 am.............breastmilk in bottle

Should I start to replace one more meal to formula? Can anyone give me some advice?

我俾一餐奶粉係想睇下BB有無對奶粉敏感係最近這個月才開始試,因為出世頭一個月有俾奶粉(因當時唔夠奶)點知BB對奶粉敏感, 便便有血

跟住係艱辛努力下終於可以全人奶, 但係遲d返工我擔心萬一到時唔夠奶才加奶粉而佢又敏感便難處理,曾經試過低敏奶粉不過BB好抗拒吐番出呢寧願餓

依家基本上夠奶同有多所以都儲起一些我估夠 3 weeks, 我返工后好大机會奶量下降因為好難做到every 3 to 4 hours pump奶, except lunch hour

我依家每次平均pump到 6-8 oz., BB食到 6 - 7oz., 我本來想零晨個餐埋身餵因為有時太sleepy 等唔到阿B 我就pump 出呢

依家最怕返工谷奶谷到乳腺痰(因為試過好鬼痛:-( :-( )

我d朋友叫我停餵我唔係好想因為都餵到依家我想盡量餵到六個月,我會盡力堅持下去

我7月個陣就要返工lu.不過係公司我就泵2次奶.一次係11:30 .一次會3:30. 但我知道有奶媽係公司食飯個陣只泵1次都得,佢都係一次泵4zo到...

我每次pump到 6 to 8 oz., and BB 食 6- 7 oz. 我都諗住係公司pump一次 (lunch time), and rush back home b4 8:00pm

不過係 16:00 呢個時間可能會谷得好幸苦:-( :-( :-( 好怕會乳腺痰因為試過:-( :-( :-(

Thanks for your advice. 我依家無俾奶粉BB lar, 面珠仔同肚仔無晒紅疹lar, 之前俾Enfamil A+ 同試過 petit junior (牛X牌) 都係唔得,醫生俾咗 2 cans 豆奶粉未試 而我朋友叫我試羊奶, 所以暫時全人奶等BB d疹退晒先,可能試羊奶萬一唔先試豆奶:-P :-P

oh.....你講我先知冰奶 "so", 因為外國好興BB飲冰奶 (most of my friends ) 我諗 you're right coz fresh one should have better taste than the frozen one no choice lar need to work mar , 我一定會努力的

I am interested in the party, your suggestions is good.
Am also live in Tsing Yi (on top of the Tsing Yi station), both locations and dates (sat or sun) are fine for me.
Am prefer to have tea, as more time to chat and bb can play some games mar.

係呢, 我在諗緊如果我地想在bb半歲時攪個party仔/gathering, 而家差不多係時候揀日子了.
我諗住租個club house的function room約3個鐘, 可以一齊食下野, 傾下偈.
時間: 唔知大家想食lunch定tea, prefer星期六定日;

不過如果你係夠奶的話, 都唔使話咁早俾bb試奶粉的.
我返工前計過自己每日幾次泵到的奶量, 同埋bb的食量, 如果夠就bb唔使補冰 ...

今日遲咗返屋企, Helper already 餵了bb 6 oz in bottle, 平時bb掃完風同講完bedtime story 就訓
唔知點解佢唔訓望住我好耐,於是我埋身試餵點知佢食咗 20 min. 我諗都有5 oz, in that case 加理bb食咗有 10 oz 奶 你地有冇試過咁既況

Hi welcome,

How's your bb now? is she getting better?
Weather is getting cold, also take good care of yourself as bb need your caring and support. Try to give your milk to her as much as possible as mama milk is very good to her when she's sick.

I cannot come to the gathering as my bb is in the hospital now:-( . She got the high fever for few days. She is a "mixed" bb (mama milk + formula milk) and she only like to drink mama milk ...

Do she need to take the coughing syrup? any stuffy or runny nose?
