My current one also made that kind of request last year, if you let her go, my only advice is : don't pay her salary in advance before she leaves. 當時真係好担心她不回來 (因她已收足薪酬), 因要上班, 若工人不回來, 將大失預算.
how many days did she leave? 10 days paid leave (I regard this 10 days as rest day / annual leave in advance)
Did u pay the air ticket? No, she bought the ticket herself but I'll buy her a round trip ticket this summer because we early renewed the contract.
