如果有contract, 你可以寫 pursuant to clause xxx of the employment contract dated xxx, I hereby give you xx days notice to terminate the contract.

We take this opportunity to thank you for your contribution (list 佢幫到你咩忙) during the employment period.

唔一定要寫原因，睇你其實用咩原因解僱佢… 如果contract 裏面有寫，例如clause 3 寫如果唔聽指令就可解僱，你咪可以寫話pursuant to clause 3… 你search google termination letter, 應該會有好多template喎？
