for sure fm now after 6 months, properties MUST DROP.
if buy today, still have a bit increase profit, pls do not forget selling within 6 months.

For the March, 2008, a lots of investors wanted selling propeties just purchase last 2-3 months.

Pls do not pick it up, let them collect and send to rent market.

Price drop properties cannot be one day starting.

If do not believe it, you try to buy now.

Hong Kong properties cannot be this price can accept. China gov't only care about Shanghai & Beijing, even Shenzhen much better than Hong Kong.

388 Become Shanghai index food.

Don't think Hong Kong properties high price keep longer.

1997 price already over, don't believe centaline or midland agent index, only chit stupid persons.
