i think the problem is in our gov.
for bun bun, they will just flight for what the want.

but our gov should do something. like the tw and sinapore. it show how no use of our gov. just like to perform "show"

another way to tackle this is to increase competition. some mom don't like chinese worker (may create other problems). but if chinese worker can also legally work as dosmetic helper. the competition may reduce bun bun demand
