My daughter is studying K2, she likes it very much. They will have dictation in coming Nov, now she need to write 4 chinese words and spell 3 english words each week. (But I consider this may be a little bit difficult for only a 4 yrs old child)
About primary school, it doesn't depends on which kindergarten you have studied, you can go the government educational dept web site for further details.
Just basic knowledge on shape, colour matching for picture, playing toys testing coordination on eyes and hands and some common sense questions such as boys or girls etc, nothing special, similar to others!
for K1!
For N1 is more or less the same, may be just matching shape and play some simple toys.
I'd also attend N1 interview in funful before, I just remember some of them but not so clear.

Then can you share with me which private school you applied? For me, I will apply 1 or 2 for security!
