我做出來麵團好濕好軟，碌吾到

Pizza stone 唔可以落油。I usually just pat the corn flour on the surface (spread equally but not too much) and make sure the dough bottom is covered in a thin layer of corn flour before I place it on the hot stone,it didn\'t stick.

Maybe la.most pizza stones I see including the one I use cannot be used with oil on it..for maintenance purpose I guess?!
