What is the full name of IPS? Is it located near the MTR station? I live in Tsing Yi and I'm looking for playgroup for my son. I've enrolled Tutor Times at Kln Tong and will start in Sep. But I'm interested to attend a playgroup which is near our home.

I'd sent the application form to Victoria for playgroup about a month ago and was told that we're on the waiting list. I asked the lady how long is the list and she said they've already received 400+ applications.

I'm also thinking to apply for their N1 class. I called the school again 1 or 2 weeks ago asking if they've any openhouse. A lady told me they have not had any information yet and asked me to call again after the school term starts.
