One of my " old 同事 " her cuson working there before, she know that, the doctor was strange , but......冇辦法
because not all the ladies complian him ga
many few year once, but at then end , she leave that clinic la

even man, because they can tell their wife or girl friend to be careful this bad doctor

You have to complain him through 香港醫 務 委 員 會, not 醫院管理局 because he is not working in government hospital. 香港醫 務 委 員 會 is responsible for all conduct problem of all doctors in Hong K ...
