Recently, CIC changed the printer to print the PR card causing 3-6 months to have the PR card after landed. For those applied in year 2014, all need to re-submit the photos as the size changed. I landed in last Nov, and just received the PR card 2 weeks ago. It took me 4 months to have the PR card. I heard some even 6 months...
