Don't entertain your landlord. NEVER EVER let anyone (customers) to view your flat. SAY NO!
unless contract stated otherwise he has no right to get into your flat.

just be strict and tell him u won't open the door.
don't feel guilty. the landlord shd feel guilty of making such nonsense request.
