Those claims below $5,000 will be processed through the Laviour Tribunal. Claims above $5,000 will be processed through the Minor Claims Eployment Claims Ad. Board (which belongs to Small Claims Tribunal).

Though I have no experience with Minor ClaimsEmployment Ad Board,, but I bet that Judges in the Small Claims Tribunal will be less partial onto the LAbpour's side, comparing to the LAbour Tribunal, and thus you may may an advantage as an employer.

I currently have another case (but not maid's issues) with which I am the plaintiff in the Small Claims Tribunal suing another party. The procedures are just the same as that in the Labour Tribunal, which requires both aprties to write and submit their Plaintiff's and Defendent's statement and attending the hearings in the Tribunal. Both are the same except that they take place at different places.

Do you intend to recover the agency fee. Hopefully you ca be able to recover it, or if the agent refuse to refund, you may sue her through some proper channel.
