It's very normal for a baby to start probably "say" the word: ba ba, da da, instead of "ma ma", this is true from linguistic opinions, that is da da is easy for a baby to pronouse than ma ma. Don't need to worry about your babies's speech until at least, I think, 1.5 years old. Of course, when she/he pronouce ma ma or da da, it's really make you shedding your tears, thinking that she/he is referring to you, but yet, most of the baby studies said that they're saying these without knowing what they said.
