If there is no HKBN in my building, shall I benefit from the contract of PCCW broadband? I do not have contract now, I pay $162 to netvigator each month, no 'now' channel.
I do not have contract with netvigator and pay for $162 each month (6M). Now my bldg has HKBN. How can I get the cheapest plan with PCCW? I live in a private bldg at Shamshuipo
