The property price in Shatin Central is unreasonable high. It only drops around 10% from the high record in early 2008.
Believe it or not, even some honest agents advise me not to buy at this moment. They advise me to hire a short term lease but they can't help me because nobody will rent out for a half year because the agent fee cost is too high.
Your advice is much apprciated. I will open a different thread a few days later.
