I work in Prudential before. half good half bad la D agent. Someone is also like AIA - 200 % traget on profit/comission. If you buy new policy, they have services. Otherwise, no any single telephone call or greeting card in five year.
After I leave Prudential, I had a Home Insurance claims. Finally, I call to head office customer services and do everythng by myself.
