My son had a fever of 106 before and I take him to see a doctor immediately. But the doctor didn't recommend to send him to hospital.

That night, i didn't sleep..................alway woke him up and take a bath.

But if i were u, go to hospital or see a doctor now.

Sorry, i go to see my family doctor first, which is in hospital(private). He recommended me stayed at home and take care my son.

He only had a common flu.............but the temperature is extremely high which scared me a lot.

The only thing u can do is :

Don't sleep (of course, u cannot sleep well)

Wake yr son up if his temperature still rises. Let him take a bath(wash his head as well)

But if you do worry, go and see the doctor..........I will go to the private hospital because no need to wait for long time.

Don't go to Govt Hospital. If your doctor is good, no need to worry too much la........... Just stay at home and let him take a bath.
