But now many people can live until over 90 years old!! My parents-in-law and parents all are over 80 and even 90. Though old people have very long life, they need a lot of money to see doctors and buy medicine for long term illness!!

Now only people over 65 years old can enjoy seniors benefits, so if retire at 50, it seems too early! I guess our generation would have to retire by 65 at least!

No, the largest expense after retirement is medical expense. All old people have some kind of illness, usually they have to spend a few thousands every month on doctors and medicine. If no money, you can only wait and wait... say a few years for a small operation in the public hospital...
