pig leg 2 pc、ginger (as much as u like, i eat them all)、a few 八角、rice wine 2 tablespoons、冰糖 1 teasppon、soy sauce 2 tablespoons、水

pan fried the legs until golden brown, fried ginger and 八角 for a minute or two, add rice wine and other ingredients and 焖 until 霖
