I have brought an extra Avent pump as backup in case the medela didn't work.

用我的經驗分析下:

2個AVENT 泵:
好處
-泵得快
-泵得清

壞處
-好難MANAGE
-左手好累(可能一向小用左手)
-成日好驚泵泵下跌個泵同D奶
-又要多帶一個細樽,因要用玻璃樽儲奶
-好BULKY
-好難洗,因配件太多

I will use the avent pump at office for this week to see if I
could have more milk. Stupid me still don't know how to operate two avent pumps together

3 let down within 10-15 min

?? I never had that much!!! No wonder u are a milk queen!

Are u using the boots milk bag? I never used it before. Sorry that can't offer any help. Reading from other posts, it seems that it is more easy to have leakage when using boots milk bag ...

Will it be less easy to have leakage if there is less milk inside the bag??

How many minutes will u spend in order to have 8oz??
In the past, I usually had 1 let down after 10-15 min. Seldom had two!

So envy u ar!!! I got 5 oz even c pump lan pump!!!
If I were u, I will 泵清, any extra left could give it to Sonny mar. Another good point is that it could help u to burn fat le. :D

As Kwan Kwan will wake up several times in the midnight, I now just put him in our master bed and sleep together once he cries. I feel so sleepy that I can't tell how many time he wakes up in the midnight.

However, I feel so sweet to see him sleeping next to me in the morning.

We don't like to sleep with Hei Hei as well coz he moves so vigorously and kick us all the times in the bed! We can't have a good sleep!

Pump only one time in office? I don't think I could achieve it until Kwan Kwan reach 1 year old!!!!
As Kwan Kwan now consumes 5 + 4.5+ 5 =14.5 oz, I need to pump before work, twice at office and once back to home to provide enough milk to him!!!!
How could I increase the milk supply le???

妳好勁！可以10-15mins. 只用單泵, 泵清兩邊, 又有10oz. 以上收獲, 足夠第二日用.

I also add 益力多 inside ga, not just mama milk. They will know it ga if u just put mama milk inside .....
咁洗唔洗暖番先呢???? I didn't, coz Hei Hei always eats cool stuff, like yogurt/ cheese. I think u may mix warm mama milk + cool 益力多 together.

No worry, Kwan Kwan consumed only 2/2.5/3 at day 1 and 2 I back to work. Hughes will adapt to it ga lar.

use trial and error method to see whether it is beneficial to claim both Hayes / Hughes under your name or your hubby or one for each of u. Try try lar!
