Unless you have 220V 插頭 or 買變壓器, otherwise, 個爐唔會著, 一開就自己shut down.
US --去唐人街, 都開始有得買... 由HK帶嚟, 有啲勞民傷財, 唔係咁值得.
我屋企係自己揾唐人裝修, 特登喺廳加1個220V, 就係為部分體冷氣機, so, 我有一千零一個220V插牆位..
but I don't suggest you..

when we cook, we don't use 舊式煑食爐 or 電磁爐, as we use the strove with come with the oven. the one I use at home... with 4 爐頭, 4種火力..
you can choose the one with fire strove or the one is 電磁爐 style on top of your oven..
they all very stylish.. I have to say!
my one is USD$1800.. when I moved into this house, my husband's boss sent it to us as a house warming gift.

it won't work because the watt is different.
HK is 220V and US is 110V, you need to buy the 變壓器 and美國用萬能插.. doesn't worth... the 直髮夾 is less than $100 here, your 變壓器will be more expensive than that!
