Agreed. My case is similar to yours (but my PK Maid claimed for one month notice in lieu and said that I forced her to write resignation letter).
The judge asked the PK maid to provide edvidence to prove how madam force her to write the resignation letter.
Of course la, the PK cannot provided anything as she told lie.
