咪係，好多時塞喺低層，人哋好慘。唔好講咁大舊骨，就算普通廚餘我都要用沙隔隔清。講真，佢就話公屋房署搞，如果係私樓，通渠又係喺管理費出，犬人為己都唔可以咁做！
