1/F is for eye specialists, i.e. if you have some problems with your eyes, e.g. glaucoma.
Need to make appointment, usually 1m in advance.
2/F is for opometrists, i.e. general eye check.
Need to make appointment, usually 2 weeks in advance.
My kid has been attending annual eye checks on 2/F there since 5y and every time it was quite OK. (I took him to PolyU Optom Clinic for the 1st eye check at 4y, procedures there were similar to those at 2/F.)
My yanyan had some problems with her eyes, super-sensitive and always itchy, went to 1/F and the specialist was also OK. (And very cheap, only $120@.)
