My son also have eczema a year ago, don't put too much cream which given by the doctor, it has steroid in it. I know you could control it but too much steroid is not good for the baby.
Now we use the aqueous cream for him to take bath or shower, the eczema have gone and his skin like silk now. You could buy it from Watson.
