i think i can still call myself "new yogi" cuz i just practised yoga for less than 4 months. however, i can still not decide whether i can be persistent enough to continuously practise yoga for 6 years or even longer period. Also, since i'm planning to leave this firm and i think (hope) i can find a new job (although don't know when), but there are so many uncertainties for the time being: where will be the new firm; how long is the lunch hour; how nice is/are the boss(es), the HR people; whether the new firm will allow me to go back late to the office after lunch etc, that's why i'm still hestitating to upgrade my membership.

for me, the location must be near my home coz i can back home 1st for arrange housework & then go out again for 9:15pm or 10pm class. i know i will not go out again when i back home already. that's why i didn't join planet.
u need to ask urself what's the most motivation of doing yoga. if i were u, i won't upgrade now until i confirm my job. it's no need to hurry. u know, my bikram membership ened on 31/8 but i joined myoga since 30/9. i need to figure out which yoga centre i can go frequently.that's no need to hurry. think twice b4 u leap.

體位法的分類:
根據自古以來的操練,在眾多體位當中,少數幾個被證實是比較有益的體位就逐漸地廣為流傳。這些常用的體位大致上可以用下列的方法去分類:

1.依解剖位置分類:
a.頭部:
頭顱顏面肌膚
感覺器官:眼、耳、鼻、舌
齒、顎關節

b.軀幹關節:包括附著在關節上的肌肉、結締組織及關節附近的血管、淋巴組織。
四肢關節:指、腕、肘、肩(包括胸、鎖骨)、趾、踝、膝、髖。
脊椎關節:頸椎、胸椎、腰椎、薦椎、尾椎。柔軟不僵硬的脊椎可以帶來內臟的健康。(請參考→正確的姿勢+平衡的觀念)

c.各大腔室:
鼻腔:清洗(請參考→洗鼻法〉
口腔:清洗
胸腔
腹腔(請參考→腹部運動〉

d.腔室分隔器:
喉門:喉頭的會厭軟骨(請參考→吊胃法)
橫膈膜(各種呼吸法+吊胃法)
會陰部位

2.依姿勢分類:
a.站姿(海底輪)
b.坐姿(生殖輪)
c.臥姿
d.倒立(頂輪)

3.依運動方向分類:例如,脊椎運動。
a.前彎
b.後彎
c.側彎
d.左右扭轉(心輪)
e.旋轉

分類的好處是可以幫助我們有系統地逐一伸展身體的每一個部位,避免一般練習者常犯的通病,例如:
1.只偏好做自己喜歡的或駕輕就熟的體位而刻意逃避困難的體位。
2.記性不好,容易遺漏某個部位。

體位法的種類:
體位法的種類:根據古人的說法,瑜珈的體位有八萬四千種。如果這樣的說法屬實,那麼,現代人所想得到體位,包括各式各樣的變化式,古人都已經發現過了。但是由於欠缺詳細的資料,這樣的說法就顯得過於籠統,對於分類和研究實在無法提供有效的佐證。以現代的資訊而言,目前可以查閱得到的體位大概有一千三百多種,這樣的數目對於維護身體的健康已經湊湊有餘了。

hi all my angels, i am back la~~!!!


new class tonite wor : tantra yoga but too late, 10:30 still consider shld i join.
anyway will try another new class tonite : conscious movement.

no yoga since last Thur la~~
see i can handle hatha 2 tonite
