1) Connect the power cord to your ip cam
2) connect the lan cable between your ip cam and computer
3) Put the installation CD rom in your computer and run the setup
4) then follow the installation guide on your computer
5) finally you may have to change the port number for your ip cam. for me, i am using netvigator, i use port number 8088 and 443
Have you bought the panasonic bl-c10? If not, i suggest you to find a friend who is using a panasonic ip cam and try to connect to his/her ip cam from your company before you confirm the purchase.
