今日都做左幾多postures,我印象最深刻係:
1) lotus post+撐起個人 - 我做唔到
2) 左/右腳向後屈,然後伸直左/右手,彎腰,眼望前平衡
3) 好似iq傅士入面既超人玩滑板時咁,雙手向前伸平衡
4)好似iq傅士入面既超人玩滑板時咁,左/右腳向後屈,單手扶住腳眼,另一隻手向前伸平衡
5) V-shape & balance
6) 類似push up既動作,用腳趾支撐整個身體,雙手push up身體,然後伸出事但一隻手向平衡
7)kneel down,雙手放係hip,上身向後彎,頭頸向後
仲有好多postures,我唔記得lu.

我個女3歲8個月,佢都有上緊d樂理班.雖然佢未夠4歲,但佢好concentrate嫁,全班中佢最專注.而家學緊2 black keys/3 black keys, 同埋do, re, me, fa呢4個音.
