If she wants to break contract, tell her she needs to either give 1 month notice in writing or 1 month wages in lieu of notice. For your protection, have everything on record either with a 3rd party witness or by recording video.

I understand it seems unfair for her to "play" you like this but you need to do things lawfully so she can't file claims against you at labour dept. What you will owe her is her wages up to the last day of employment, travel allowance plus 1 one-way ticket to her hometown. I'm not sure if you need to compensate for her annual leave since she is employed at your home for less than 3 months.
Maybe other members here can correct me if I'm wrong.
Did you hire her through agent? perhaps you can ask your agent to talk to her. good luck
