8am -- milk 6-7 oz
11am -- rice/noodle/speghetti 1 small bowl with meat and vegetable, yougurt 1 small bowl
3pm -- rice/noodle/speghetti same or milk 7 oz with biscuit
7pm -- eat with us, 1 small bowl rice with meat and vegetable, soup 1/3 bowl, fruit/yougurt
9-10pm -- 6-7 oz milk
