you should sit down to talk with your maid. And from now on, don't expect her to help your baby to take bath even she promised~
Most maid likes to promised to do extra work (to make you think she is a good maid).. and "堅持" a lot of things that you already told them to do it in an easier way (to make you think she is a hard working maid)...
honestly, they will do things in the easier ways behind you anyway.
I think you can directly tell her, you like to take your dogs to bath outside coz' you enjoy the service there.
My opinion is don't take advantages from these maids even they offer. I just get whatever I paid.. and she just do whatever she is paid for.
