我擒晚至今朝總共試o左兩次,
兩次都係order o左之後冇幾耐
就將我個order放o左去 '未能成功交易' 果度.
唔知噹噹攪咩o野.?-(

Me too. I made an order yesterday, then it was cancelled. I called to their hotline, the lady told me to re-do the order and then give them a call to confirm the order. This re-confirmation is necessary for order amount exceeds CNY300. So I made 2nd order and called them again, the gentleman said I only need to send them an email to re-confirm the order. But it was cancelled again automatically (they said this was done by system). In the 3rd time I called their hotline, another gentleman reassured me they will manually handle my order when I called them after my next order is submitted. Finaly, I made it. I called them 4 times, and submitted order 3 times.

So if your oder exceeds CNY300, you have to call their hotline, and asked them to handle you order manually, although perhaps not all staff know how to do this. Good luck!

我每次都過呢個金額,但唔洗re-confirm嫁喎,唔通係呢個禮拜開始要咁做?

想請教一下，若在噹噹購物填寫送貨資料時，聯絡電話需否填上"00852"才加上手提電話號碼？還是直接填上手提電話號碼？(因為我直接填輸入手電號碼，它用電郵回覆我致電未能與我聯絡。)

佢封e-mail係standard嫁....我估佢只會打電話比國內客戶,佢應該唔會打idd黎香港搵你....而你填果個聯絡電話只係for香港速遞公司聯絡你咋...所以你無填852都無乜大影響,唔洗擔心
