Yes totally agree, also be aware the upcoming Brexit referendum will create further fluctuations to the currency especially the Pounds and Euros, the bags will come tad cheaper if one manages to score in Europe or in the UK by the end of this month.

I think Brexit won't introduce much fluctuation to FX around the big day of 23 Jun if the Britons vote "In" though, as things will remain the same as before

The weird thing is there is so much mixed signal with the poll numbers, the latest one is suggesting a 10 points lead with the "out" numbers, and the pounds fell 1% yesterday just because of that.. And it continues to struggle at HK$11/£1, hopefully it will come further off a bit no matter of the result. Finger crossed.

Yeah frankly I'm quite surprised with the latest ORB figures myself, but from the news that I've read over the past few months the GBP generally experienced around 1% fluctuation whenever an updated poll result's out?

I've just came back from the UK and everyday walking on the streets of Cambridge and London I heard Britons discussing abt the Brexit, many still struggling to make up their minds. My wild guess is that if Britons vote "Out" on 23 Jun, the GBP could fall to HK$10/£1; if Britons vote "Remain", the GBP will strengthen against major currencies and likely head back to HK$12/£1 level. Just my two cents though

Seems like you're hoping for a further weakening of Sterling, sweetie? Going to London/Paris for shopping soon?

Hahahahahaha will see re: shopping, but in general it's tricky to score Bs during summer esp at Bond Street, chances are slightly higher at Knightsbridge with minimal spendings.. With regards to the Brexit, I am actually going to vote out, not for the sake of weakening Sterlings (duhhh), but just theoretically I see that as a "slightly" better direction for the country as a whole moving forward.

Oh I've never thought of scoring a B/K in London at all lol Guess the odds will be in my favour if I take the Eurostar to Paris than trying in London haha!

Too bad I'm not currently residing in the UK so I can't vote in the referendum despite being a British Citizen. I'd be voting in if I were given the chance to vote, just because there're too much uncertainty voting out and given the prevailing global market conditions it's just too risky an option to me to vote out at such bad timing...May God bless the UK regardless of the referendum outcome!
