[2010年] 有無人糖尿測試 fail，要再做 full day test？ [複製鏈接]

我今朝收到姑娘電話，話我個糖尿測試 fail！正常係 7.8以下，我就 8.4。
我已經唔係食好多飯，又通常食麥包，都唔知點解？

要擇日再做個 full day的測試，9am 至 20：30 ，又浪費一日假！

哎呀
咁你有左b之後體重重左幾多啊﹖
定係你本身比較鍾意食甜嘢﹖
不過，我都識人本身無糖尿
食嘢都ok清嫁
但做糖水test又係failed
你睇埋full day個test先啦
或者結果唔同呢！
加油啊！
我明天都要飲糖水了
我都有d驚……

我重了十一磅，食量同以前差唔多，可能係遺傳啦！

i didn't pass, yet i didn't fail either...the doctor told me.

not going to do the 3 hours test. i puked at the 1st test hours later. horrible.

but i started to eat less rice and sugar and eat whole grains, just in case.

i didn't gain too much weight so far. if you did gain a lot of weight too fast, then you should watch your diet.

good luck with the 3 hr test.

I also failed on the test, the standard rate should be within 3-6, but mine is 8.2. I have consulted the dietitian, and the method to improve this situtation is quite easy as you need to have "more diet with less food". She suggested we need to spread into 5 diets, on the 3 main diets, don't eat more than 1 bowl of rice/noodle, totally no more than 7 兩 meat a day, 1 fruit only, no limitation on vegetables, of course, don't eat sweet food. After I followed the diet for a week, I found it is helpful and easy to follow.

3 hours test??
個邊D姑娘話，我要全日 stay 係醫院，抽血、食醫院提供的糖尿餐、督手指...如果都係 fail，就要睇下個嚴重程度，大部份人控制飲食就可以，少部份人可能要打針！

我依家已經小食多餐，其實都ok！
