My maid arrived on 8 Mar 10 and she resigned on 8 April and gave me 1 month notice. The next day she changed her mind and decided to stay.

She resigned again on 6 May and we were going to sign a new maid yesterday. But she told me she wanted to stay, so I let her stay.

I told her if she resigned the 3rd time, I will just find a new maid immediately.

Her performance is still good as before.

What shall I do with her? Shall I trust her for that?

my maid said her husband (who works overseas also) called my maid sister and son and asked the sister to take care of the children and scolded his son for his bad behavior. After that his son is not naughty anymore. So my maid said no need to go home!!!

Do u think I can trust her?

工人來左一個月已比一個月通知你, 佢話唔走, 你又比, 點解要信佢地講野, 佢地永遠有籍口, 大話到無論, 但佢地比一個月通知你時, 佢地有無諗到做僱主會好不安和無助, 如我係你, 點解要聽工人話, 如係咁, 工人一定會 "蝦"僱主, 工人永遠諗, 你地有求必應, 到時不 'like' 又遲工,

the local maids don't want to come as I am a full-time mom!!

that why she want to leave. They want to find single child family with child go to whole day school, no old people and working couple, then they can do anything during day time ma.

除了以上條件, 妳工人還望可以搵到 - 主人不回來食飯, 只須服侍"少主", 住獨立"工人房" (可以講電話講到天光), 每星期日放假.

妳是full-mom, 不要受妳工人控制, 現在就搵人代替她, 不須她每月辭一次職, 是好煩. 妳搵到人, 就早一個月通知她走, 不要補錢給她.

her performance is so good - 必然的事, 因妳係到看住.

工人最懂"扮野". 好似我家公主, 永遠做完野就會坐低休息, 但當我有朋友(即外人)來訪, 她是不會坐, 只會"企", "企"四.五鍾頭都可以. 我朋友叫到此情況, 對我說: 工人無野做, 為什麼不叫她坐一坐, 好辛苦呀. 我都無氣再去解釋"什麼一回事".

she has ILL manner! I don't want to keep a 'non-human' at home! the agent told my husband that I didn't scold her like a human! how didn't I scold her not as a human?!

She did not respect my mom in the first place, she knocked on the toilet door when my mom was inside. She only wanted to put a bucket in the toilet!

When I came back, I told her that she was not the QUEEN at home when I was not at home. And she should respect my mom as I repect my mom!!!

Then she said 'if that's the case, I won't continue'
I said, 'I don't want u to be here as you have such bad manners'!!

The agent is helping her...and said it was my fault to scold her!!! She said it was a small matter, I said no, because I couldn't have someone so rude at home!

I think the agent will her help to find a new employer! If anyone needs her name and details, pls. pm me!

擺明蝦你mother. 認真無厘規矩. 佢初頭以為你無佢唔得. Really, you're a full time mother, also your mother take care the baby, I wonder how many work load she have???

I take care of my son myself. My mother comes here when I go out.

I hardly let bun bun touches my son! I don't want to keep such an ill-mannered maid in my home......don't want my son to 'copy' her ill-manner!!!!

bun is only here to clean the house. I also cook dinner most of the time as I don't want to eat the 'bad' food that she cooks for me. Waste of my food & $$$!!!
