HI All,
I just back from Sabah. We went there with Zach and he enjoyed it very much. For me and my husband, it was very tired. But we decided to go again later this year (of course with Zach). May go to Malaysia again with sun and sea.
Zach has suffered from 手口足病 2 weeks ago. I did not notice it and thought it was just fever. The teacher at day-care centre spot it on May 6 and we immediate picked him up. He has rest at home for 1 week. He did not have any appetite on the first few days as his mouth had a lot of 鵝口’倉’. He was recovered by 1 week.
Be aware of this diesease as it is high season now. The day-care centre have 4 babies suffering from this diesease.
Helen,
Yes, he went to KK right after the recovery. We were worry that he may not recovery on time but the doctor said it should be OK.
The hotel is fine but it is too big. Our room was far away from the pool. We went to Sapi Island and we all (include Zach) has played the 降落傘...ha ha...Zach did not cry but I knew he was quite afraid of height in the beginning but was fine later.
Don't have time to download the photos....will post it later....especially the 降落傘 one.
By the way, we just went to the town for 1 hour. Nothing to see. We ate at the hotel for all the meals.
If we go there again, we may choose Nexus.
Wendy,
As I found that we were unable and very troublesome to bring Zach outsides. It is very important to choose a hotel with good facilities.
We stayed at Sutera Magallen Hotel. It is good, however, it don't have a beach. We have to go to Sapi Island by ferry in order to play on the beach.
I recomend you to stay at Nexus or Shangri-la (it has 2 hotels with one further away from the town, however, if you don't go to town, it is a good choice)>
