睇咗好多屋都唔啱心水，想買地起屋，揀自己喜歡的簡格，依家入巿係咪適合？Brisbane的地價升緊定跌緊？買地有咩要注意的地方？

我哋睇中Rochedale，因近阿囡返學，去Sunnybank買嘢食嘢都方便，但澳洲經濟差咗，唔知地價會唔會跌，怕依家入巿買貴咗。

位置很好
地價也不平
你囡囡返redeemer lutheran college or St Peter's ??

我2個囡將入讀John Paul College，C6圍住學校附近搵咗成個星期才搵到呢區，我同2個女7月尾才過來，會在附近先租地方住。呢區公校的質素OK嗎？我都想了解一下。

Public schools are not good at that suburb
if your daughter study in John Paul, it does not a matter
it is a not a bad suburb
since it is close to Underwood (convenience to many shops)
Rochedale is old suburb but re-develope recently
More shopping centres and bus routes will be here

If I choose, I also select Rochedale rather than Underwood or Springwood

inmami, 咁啱, 我都睇啱Rochedale這個suburb, 我哋第日可以做鄰居啦!

因為貪佢係新發展, 較多新屋, 我就會12月到過去, 但我大多會買現成的屋, 不會起啦! 有朋友係eight miles plain自己買地起屋, 超煩!! 佢都suggest我哋買現成算啦!

其實，我同C6都諗住買現成屋的，但睇過好幾間都唔啱心水，所以才膽粗粗諗住買地起屋！

你可話我知邊度有現成屋賣嗎？睇啱我都想要現成的，因我都好怕煩。

Thank you ml123，C6有去睇過Rochedale Estates，這屋苑好大好正，位置好，有管理有配套設施，喺Brisbane好少有，現成屋唔多，我哋就係想喺呢度買地起屋，我哋睇中咗一幅五百幾平方嘅地，但地價都唔平，要45萬澳幣，呢個價錢喺其他區可買到屋連地了，所以依家仲四圍睇緊，睇下有無其他選擇。

there are so many new houses there

if you find a builder to build your dream house, you need to take care many things
Some builders are very bad, they receive your deposit and do nothing
Some delay , delay and delay and you could not control the date of completion
Some do a very bad quality job

if you build a new one, would better to find a builder who is recommended by your friends

I suggest to buy a new existing house and you can do some alternations to meet your special needs

其實我都係係綱上realestate嗰喥睇咋, 除咗間格, 還有好多嘢要考慮, 我相信很難揾到一間完全啱晒自己心水的, 唯有自己睇吓邊樣重要d! will pm u chat in details.

C6上網睇咗，得第一間係現成屋，佢親身睇過，其餘嘅依家只係塊地，未起屋。
