我第四個月先成功...前三次, 因為冇介口, 冇食療之下都失敗左!

第三個月m小姐走左之後, 我頭果個一星期食左d補血既野(白鳳丸&紅棗水), 再買左蜂皇乳同老公一齊食(男仕都食得架),之後...day10就用d仔check下線, 直到day16就check到深下線,即晚做功課, day17又做功課, day18又做多次, 連續交左三日, 真係難為晒老公

, dodo完之後有墊高patpat十分鐘, 之後就訓覺...

day27就check到條淺淺既下線, 第二日深色d...day31走去醫生度confirm

(因為我cycle係30/day)

以上係我bingo既經驗, 希望幫到大家! 祝各位姊妹早日bingo!

我同意你0既讲法，好多时do do完后就立刻坐起身或去冲凉一定唔会中，我个医生都教我用个pillow墊高pat pat大概5-10mins，之后先好訓覺或冲凉，这样会帮到老公的货快0的入去又唔会流返出来。

I have started to drink whole fat milk in March and just didn't think about pregnancy in April after dodo, and until day 26 I detected lines by using david ovulation...then day 31 mentholatum pregnancy test showed I'm pregnant.

So my experience is: to relax & don't think of it after you have done your 'homework' can help a lot!

My turn

I have tried for 10 months. I cried a lot when my M came at the very beginning, but then I got so used to it and thus I just told myself: I will wait until July by then I will have tried for a year, then I will go to see Dr. Tay (many sisters recommended).

This cycle,
DAY 11-12: I used David ovulation test papers and saw a thin line. I also recorded lower temperature that 2 days, so we just dodo on that 2 days. 用狗仔式, the amount of sperms spilling out was greatly reduced!! I held the action for 5 minutes after finish then changed to lying in bed with a couchon supporting my butt for another 20 minutes. You can rest for longer but I have to watch TV

DAY 14: I ate McDonald icecream which made me vomitted like hell! My bath tub was blocked by my vomitted food! I had to use chopsticks 通返佢. Then I also 肚屙 because of this. I thought it would be hopeless.

DAY 22: I sweated like crazy when asleep until DAY 27 (every night!)

DAY 24-26: Then we went to China for hotspring (fake hotspring!) for 3 days, I just ate whatever I liked e.g. ice cream, tofu fa, banana...

DAY 28: temperature 36.86 (I thought: don't play me...)

DAY 29: temperature 36.77 (I thought: good, perhaps M will come tomorrow, another cycle, 另一條好漢!)

DAY 30: temperature 36.92 and I didnt' sleep well. So I woke up at 6am and did the testing by using David Ovulation test paper: A LINE!!! Then I used David Pregnancy test paper: A THIN LINE!! Then I ran to get a pregnancy test kit from Mannings and POSITIVE in 2 minutes!!!!!

DAY 31: confirmed with doctor and saw "IT" -- a small circle/bubble near my left hand side (not very very left). Due date will be Boxing Day, the biggest present to unpack for the parents and us

My suggestion:
(1) I can't tell myself not to think about pregnancy when I deadly want it. Just that perhaps this month I initiated sex, unlike the previous months, we just knew it was time to do homework. I pushed my husband on the bed and he was so excited -- perhaps this push made him producing a stronger sperm gwa.... no idea

(2) I avoided eating "hot air" food as told by my Chinese herbal doctor

(3) eat less ice cream, but still once per week

(4) take temperature every morning and check the 分泌物...

But honestly I did these in the past 10 months, but nothing. I guess it is really 整定... When "it" comes to you, it will come to you quietly... My husband and I still can't believe that we started to sleep with an extra person yesterday night

我尋日check到bingo左，last period是17 mar 在4月4,5,6日曾經dodo，我係12月停服避孕藥本來打算比身體休息一下因為巳服藥6 年而且想試一詆可否生個豬bb點知好彩中左。醫生話我子宮後屈比較難有而且太長時間食藥亦會比較難有，仲有係我每次dodo完因為怕dirty所以必定立即沖身。
我覺得一定要放鬆心情，不要太緊張，祝您地早日成功。

呢個星期有下列特徵 :
(1) 額頭有奴好多暗倉
(2) 小小肚痛
(3) 大腿內側痺
(4) 大便次數增加
