你要有心理準備, 就算搵倒屋, 而家 d 業主通常都係簽一年租約, 好少肯簽兩年.

我都知，不過衣架even 我地想get D afford D樓都難。。個個要求high rent...and need to give 佣。。。。Unfortunately your mom house not going to rent if not sure we will choose it...since the place also suitable for us....

Boo Mama thanks alot..if really no choice then we have to go to those agent to find a house...Actually have alots of house wanna rent out but just due to 佣they no really want to rent out the house for long terms i really afraid that next year they want us to move again due to 佣金...

FiFi, 我又幫你問左另一個朋友, 佢都有兩個單位係雅廉花園,但佢唔記得租出左未, 要返去 check check 先.
如果未租出既, 我再幫你約時間去睇啦, 佢係業主, 你地直接 deal 既話, 大家都可以慳返個佣.

其實係澳門, 如果真係冇辦法, 都係要去AGENT到搵架啦. 但係, 澳門習慣係, AGENT自己舖頭D POST比較UPDATE. 網站既野, 好多時你睇啱都係過期架啦.

其實我有個朋友有間屋係社會保障基金附近,係閣樓黎既;
因為地點唔係你心目中想搵既,所以一路都冇介紹比你.

I found house la

Dear to all mommy,

Thanks alot for all supporting us...Finally just now i found a house at 三棧燈there...and very good the owner willing to sign 2yrs contract...but of course the rent is a bit out of budget but anyway at least i have settle it....
Hope this place can be better for us in future....thanks god too.....:loveliness: :loveliness: :loveliness:

So at least i don;t need to worry next year around new year own will force us to move again.....
