twice a day is a bit much. Tell the maid to vacuum once 62 goes out for tea in the morning. 1 hour is more than enough.

Just wipe with wet cloth in the afternoon.

meet each other half way.

My maid also vacuums only when my hubby is not home. He hates the noise too.
