I am from Canada. My doctor told me that actually when the period comes back is not directly related to whether you are exclusively breastfeeding your baby! She told me that period will come anytime 2 months after baby is born!
For myself, it came once but the amount is very very little, it's like spotting, but my doctor said it counts as period wor.
