It's hard to find a good maid even the overseas one. They have many unreasonable request. Don't wanna wash car at night as 2 cold, but i have 2 kids that she need to take care at day time. Also she want to wash her hair at daytime as she feel headache if she wash at night. I have already provided the hair dryer, but she never use it.
After 3 months, she fried me and I still need to give her the airticket. It's not fair for the employer in HK, the rules only protect the maid. If the maid resign, why should the employer need to pay the ticket lor??
Many bun bun come to HK for travelling for few months then resign and go home. She can stop to pay the loan after her resignation, so they have nothing to lose. But employer to suffer for all the agent fees, airticket, prorator annual leave.
For Indonesia maid, they break the contract and don't need to pay the loan and easy to find a new employer. Poor us
