我Gabriel巳8個月大.. 係人奶B (因為衰仔冇本事消化formula) therefore 要辛苦亞媽, 又要看夜又要pump 奶!

我現在都有餵人奶,佢超痴身,我冇請工人揍,我唔信得過d工人,因為亞b太細,有咩唔可以Complain,返工之後比亞媽揍.所以之後要give up la !!
你真係叻!!仲可以堅持到餵佢!!
如果我要看夜都pump奶,我一定頂唔住!!

I am a RN worked in NTWC hospital before but I migrated to Australia last year and I am still working as a RN in Melbourne now.

你返工未呀?? 我攞 no pay leave till Gabriel 4.5 months old.. then, 返工就用medela pump in style advanced. 你啲 co-worker support 唔support 你 pump奶呀??
我B仔有軟喉症(in born), so 佢只可以 breast feed, 唔食得formula, so 我at least 要pump and skin to skin 到 Gabriel 1歲至可以同佢試 switch to whole milk.. if 都唔ok, paedi 話要餵Gabriel 到自然斷乳... 我嘅乳牛媽媽人生路係漫漫長路... 老公話好在我係nurse,咪 Gabriel 未到一個月大之前就因為suffocated C鬼咗喇... 我救個仔救咗好多次.. 有2次差啲要做CPR.. 揍佢揍得好辛苦, 辛苦過揍大女好多.. 我屋企而家... suction, CPR, 同所有 neb 嘅機, BP, medication 乜都有齊, 老公都學咗 basic lifesupport.. just in case...

I am also a Div 1 RN working in Mercy Hospital for Women in Heidelberg just next to Austin hospital, I work in NICU & SCN and I am studying a post-graduate course in La Trobe Uni, next to meet you all in here!!

I can only BF my daughter for ~4 months, since I back to work at 2.5 months after birth, the supply drop half and can't go back even though I try all the methods, then I had to give up as the supply drop to zero. It's really stress at work and sometimes I had no time to express during my shift so I hope I can BF longer time for my next baby....

諗返起.. 日日返工, 揸住我架manual car 上大斜路返Austin 返工嘅日子... 好懷念啊!!
你返 La trobe 時待我問候 Sharon Gan, Robin Ray 佢哋吖...
我好想返嚟探佢哋.. 但有2個小朋友, 我冇辨法返melbourne.
我所有friends 都喺melbourne 住, even now.. most of them are nurses.. (係我啲junior).. 你返La trobe.. 佢哋做得耐嘅tutor 實識我, as 我係第一個 overseas student 讀 undergraduate program (@1999).
我係 TWEH 嘅EN 校長 refer 我去 La trobe 讀 BSN 嘅呢..

Yup, Nillie_Mami, I've gone back to work for nearly 3 months la.. Still not used to it.. Cuz I'm missing my girl like mad whenever I need to go to work!!! That's good, you can get no paid leave..... you can stay with your bb more!!!

yup.. I stayed with gabriel until he was 4.5 months old, before I return to work.. not really want to go back to work.. but, it is impossible just depend on my hubby's salary.. as i am the bread maker. therefore, I need to go back to work force..

我而家已經好想放棄bf 喇!!因為佢太痴身!!佢而家個半月已經唔中意其他人抱,連爸爸抱都唔得!!咁我點返工呀!!

唔好怪我,我唔識咩叫軟喉症(我唔識兒科),會唔會大個好番嫁??係唔係吞得唔好會aspiration??所以你屋企有suction用品...
唸唸下,我想像到你應該幾辛苦喎!!

喉嚨( air pipe) 咪好似條"水喉通" 直而挺身!! 但Gabriel 嘅喉嚨冇個啲muscle support, therefore, 佢even 吸呼, 都要氣力, 同好多雜音.. suffocate 同aspiration pneumonia 係致命傷. 醫生話4-8months old 係死亡率高峯期.. Gabriel前日滿8個月喇..

你改用pump, 用bottle 餵BF 嘛..
我哋應以身作則架..
我Gabriel 咁.. 我都100% BF 佢足8months..
醫生話佢唔好試 formula feed, 我嘅乳午媽媽人生路真係漫漫長路呢!
