我身邊都有好多人投佢

我都識一大班人因為朱凱迪響投票日之前已經被恐嚇同跟蹤，所以不斷呼籲再多D人投票畀佢，等佢可以"用選票保命"同入議會繼續發聲。

其實我覺得好多人一味反中反政府，失左方向，造就左新界某D土地政策可以永續落去

政府就算想改某D土地政策都好難，已經有一大班人乜都反政府，政府太弱勢。

希望D政棍唔好為反689而反，有時某D政策真係應該支持就支持，唔好係都要諗D藉口黎反對，例如話東北計劃係起俾大陸人做後花園喎，咁都有人信!

玩殘香港自己，繼續唔夠公屋，又唔夠私樓，樓價繼續升。

我未必同意他的立場與手法，但他確實真誠而又勇敢，這8萬票，他當之無愧。我不在他所屬選區，但也期待他可做出一番事業來。

相比起來，我就更想不出鄺俊宇何德何能當上那幾十萬票。

政府就算想改某D土地政策都好難，已經有一大班人乜都反政府，政府太弱勢。-->

In the case of 橫洲建公屋原計劃, 一大班人 is 鄉事派. The housing dept backed out from their original plan and settle for less because 鄉事派 opposed to the idea, even though they have occupied public land illegally for their business.

政府 has the most resources of all in HK; it has the entire police force at its command. If it decides to do something, it's hard to imagine not being able to. If the government decides to fight crime, or fund the high-speed rail, it sure can.

But has it decided to fight 鄉事派's special interests and do the needful? We'll have to see about that.

Exactly, in this case 一大班人 is 鄉事派, but '已經有一大班人乜都反政府' (+ the MEDIA) and they are VERY LOUD AND VOCAL, they would not support the government under any circumstances. They would criticise the government, but they would not show their support to government's plan in taking back those land to build more public housing estates. I wish they did, to empower the government when they were doing something right.

You must be kidding! 你講笑咋？香港政府超級弱勢，俾啲反對派攪到乜都做唔到，一係就拖個十年八載，再加司法覆核先成事。

呢啲土地條例想改？有排搞

佢主力所謂環保，是阻止政府填海，造地建樓.......最後得益是什麼人?

這4年， CY未上場泛民已叫他落台，因為Cy不是地產商的代理人，唐唐才是，這4年好明顯CY在全香港四處覓地起樓，供應大量增加，地產商不想拉他下臺才怪~

They would criticise the government, but they would not show their support to government's plan in taking back those land to build more public housing estates. --> what do u mean by 'those land'? if you're talking about country parks, NT East, you're right - I don't think the opposition agrees to that; if you're talking about brown fields and highly under-used land (e.g., Fanling golf course), I think the opposition has no problem with that. But with brown fields (e.g., land in 橫洲 used for car parking), there is opposition coming from 鄉事派, and the Housing dept backed out as a result. It's a plan to wipe out 3 villages just so a brown field the size of Victoria Park can stay untouched and build only 25% of public housing originally planned. I don't know how is that the fault of the opposition camp.

In your mind, what are some of the government projects that are better designed (to reduce criticism to the minimum) and beneficial to people? I have to admit that I don't know much information on that front.

香港政府超級弱勢 --> i beg to differ. Let's not underestimate the CE and CS's ability to collaborate with other stakeholders: pro-establishment in legco, 鄉事派, Sai Wan, gazillion govt depts and manpower with big data and resources at their disposal. If 香港政府超級弱勢 and the opposition camp gains the upper hand, I don't see how those ultra expensive projects (high-speed rail, Kong-Chu-Macau bridge..) could ever get passed in the legco.

I don't pay attention to mainstream media anymore (maybe you don't either, hence your comment). But last time i checked, Appledaily was pretty the only mainstream opposition out there that was both in print and online. Pretty much all the rest of printed media wasn't.

I don't mean argue with you and blame it all on the government. I understand that there are tough decisions to be made in dodgy areas and the government has to make compromises. But one thing I am really frustrated with this administration is that why would they make it seem like a natural thing that they hang out with mafia. 'Siu Tao Yuen' meeting, the presence of mafia-like crowd to threaten demonstrators when CE went to Tin Shui Wai for a town hall meeting...is that really something people don't mind seeing now?

候任立法會議員朱凱廸與家人接獲死亡威嚇，目前須接受警方人身保護。特首梁振英表示十分重視事件，已責成保安局和警務處嚴肅跟進。他強調，香港是守法和安全社會，任何人都不能因為他人處理社會事務的言論和行為而威脅對方和其家人的安全，「無論本人政治色彩係點，都不能接受非法同暴力行為，威脅他人就範」。
梁振英稱，得悉朱凱廸報警求助後，昨日和今日都曾主動致電和發短訊慰問，但對方已「無開手機」。他稱據保安局向他匯報，警方目前已為朱凱廸一家安排完整的人身保護。

周永勤出事無人care、朱凱迪出事cy就主動聯絡 ... 是敵是友.. ？定係cy都想郁班牛屎佬？但佢地唔係好fd架咩？真係睇唔透.
