sure sure, we need to share and support each other.

I continue to eat folic acid, calcium + Materna as advised by my doctor (now 15 weeks). she said no harm even there is too much - won't accumulate in my body.

gaining more weight - very difficult ar! I don't want to eat too much cos each time I eat more, my tummy becomes so big and the uncomfortable feeling makes me stop. I drink 1-2 glasses of milk every day - I hate that too cos it makes my tummy 'filled' and big again :-(

I think we twins mommy need a support group to support each other, no matter through pregnancy or after give birth, coz we understand what we are going through, right?

多謝你呀, 係呀, 真係一次都未嘔過. 真係擔心. 不過好攰就係經常既, 已經冇以前果種活力了. 成日都想瞓覺, 以家有時連"歲月風雲"都唔睇9:30就瞓啦!

我都覺得好難得先有twins, 醫生話我呢胎係異egg雙生的. 所以有機會係孖仔或孖女或龍鳯胎呢! 不過就係因為twins, 其實壓力都幾大.......

係呀, 會唔同樣架. 就好似梁詠琪同佢細佬都唔同樣架.

我都有keep住一日兩杯奶呀, 朝早就飲媽媽奶粉, 下午就飲蒙牛囉.

係呢, 你地睇邊個婦產科醫生呀? 我睇緊法國門診既梁詩慧醫生. 都幾好架, 收費都幾平. 佢收開刀既醫生費係$15,000

我係同卵，所以兩個女會超似樣，諗起有啲攪笑！出年大家生咗，要share下啲相呢！

Jessie，我最終揀咗東區醫院，但就keep住有睇私家，實質個醫生係我同老公既朋友，佢話橫掂都開刀，再加上twins，政府會有好啲facilities ...

我都是孖胎的新手媽媽, 現在15週, 預產期在08年3月初. 我由10週開始就嘔, 雖然不算嚴重, 但每日放工後狀態特別差, 晚飯就食得好少. d人話孖胎會辛苦d, 我只希望胃口快d正常返. 唔知幾時先可以有番正常的味覺, 我現在食乜都覺得無以前咁好味, 唯一會令我食得開心, 就只有生果同飲凍飲, 其實點解唔可以飲凍飲呢?

係呀, 一定要分享下大家bb既相呢! 我好希望我呢胎係龍鳯胎啦, 因為可以一胎攪掂收工.

凍飲好似中西醫都唔recommend架. 好似話會令到子宮收縮增加流產機會. 所以真係唔好飲咁多凍飲呀. 不過我都知好難戒, 仲要以家d天氣咁鬼熱. 就算飲, 都拿走哂d冰先飲囉, 或者o係雪柜攞出來時放一陣先飲囉.

其實我都打算去政府生. 但好多人話私家醫生d開刀縫針手勢好過政府好多呀, 聽過一個同事話佢個朋友開完刀傷口都唔痛喎. 幾勁呀. 同埋我想為兩個bb留臍帶血, 因為只有私家醫院先做到, 所以真係要去私家生了. 醫生都講過, 叫我地預5-6萬, 其實都真係幾貴. 但諗落自己都有可能只會生一次, 咁就豪俾佢囉. 話唒都係3條人命嘛.

凍飲我都戒唔到

盡量叫少冰！雪糕我有時都食吓當reward下自己 (Haha ... what an excuse!) 大家盡力咯！有時唔好忍得太辛苦！

初初我計過去仁安生，醫生話at least 6-7萬！如果babies唔夠磅要入箱，條數都襟計 ... 最終決定留番啲錢俾babies用！

尋日9weeks7days去左檢查, 兩個小b比上次大左好多啦! 今次度到一個係2.39cm, 另一個係2.42cm, 醫生仲俾我聽心跳, 好勁呀, 每分鐘有成160下. 不過醫生話兩個所以都分唔到個心跳係邊個了. booked左10月9日做oscar, 希望到時可以知道bb性別啦.

唉....其實我以家都仲未決定到究竟係政府定私家生, 老公都讚成去私家生既, 但始終都擔心個駛費真係會好勁. 但我又想幫bb留臍帶血喎. 真係矛盾呀!

Morning Jessie, hope you can know the gender of your babies soon ...

In such case, I believe you can register both of the gov't and private hospitals at the same time ... and make the decision at your final stage ... :-P

For me I went to both private and government. Coz having to carry twins, per-term labour is the main concern, even my private doctor suggested me to go to government as well, just in case they come out early and needed medical support. Lucky for me, before my water broke, I went to my private doctor for check up and so she knows the weight of my babies, and so as soon as my water broke I called her and asked her where I should go, private or gov't, and she said because of the babies weight (which was ok) we can go to both private or gov't, so we went to private law. And I must say the experience was so great, I don't mind doing it again...hehehe

我都會走冰先飲, 所以應該ok, 不過我都係夠3個月先開始飲凍嘢, 諗住bb應該穩定先敢飲

我只登記了私家醫院, 如果可以公立同私家都登記, 好似保險d, 因為孖b通常早出世, 我驚住私家會好重負擔, 請問如果荃灣區應該去邊間公立醫院登記呢? 同埋公立比唔比人私家公立兩邊排隊?

我娘家都係天水圍喎！我哋有個Twins mommy都登記咗瑪加烈！

而我登記咗東區！我個醫生剩係响仁安接生 ... 對我嚟講遠咗少少，所以唔打算揾私家醫院！

that's me (瑪加烈)! my private doctor (registered in St. Teresa) said it's a good idea to regiester in both private and public for budgetary control and better support for early bornt bbs. but I don't think I can have time to chech or consult my doctor before deciding where to go when the water goes out or see blood (signal of delivery) wor. Last time when I saw blood and felt pain, then rushed to the hospital immediately, the uterous neck had opened 8-9 'degrees' already and my son was bornt within one hour in the hospital! (2 hrs if counting when I felt sth wrong and painful) haha, I was so lucky last time.

各位twin媽媽,好耐冇見呀!!冇上來一陣,多左好多twin媽媽,真好,可以多啲share心得同多啲support呢!
琴日我先因為體重同身痕問題又喊起來...:-(我現在已經16week,本來上星期頭一次有重度,但又因為身痕關係,晚晚瞓得唔好,所以又再輕番,加上冇端端又嘔起來(自12week已冇點嘔過呢

)所以有d唔開心,咁又喊起來呢...:cry:

啱啱個星期五剛覆診,醫生話2個都係b仔,但因為我同老公都睇唔到,所以都係等2星期後,到私家度先咁confirm呢...

我都有登記私家同政府醫院,但都準備去政府生,一來$$方面好控制啲,二來好似廣華同伊利沙伯都可以將臍血捐俾紅十字會,雖然bb父母冇擁有權,即係如果其他人有需要,都可以使用,但可以幫到人,自己又可以保留到臍血,都ok啦!(不過據聞半夜同星期日出世就冇得留臍血啦....??有冇人知係唔係呢??)

我現在登記咗九龍法國醫院, 如果公立, 可能會去瑪加烈, 我已經16week, 現在登記, 唔知仲受唔受, 要打電話去問吓.

我之前都有身痕, 跟住用Johnson的蜜糖皂液, 再沖完涼後勁搽cream, 之後就無再痕. 你是不是一向轉天氣就會敏感, 如果影響瞓覺, 不如睇吓醫生, 佢總有方法幫你, 唔使喊, 你喊, 孖b會唔開心.:-(
