The one Big thing U need to do is PRIORITY rearrange! Bb & Your health come first! Therefore, meals, house work, "homemates" come second.
You may visit supermarket, using their delivery service, going to cooked food store, buy cooked food whatever. It could be some MSG free food from 鴻X堂/Jusco food court/健康工房..the only thing U cook is rice or n simple soup.
If U plan well, food quality will not drop n cost will not be too much higher than existing.
Well, by doing so, the message will be clearly presented, which is "I need to save time & energy n rest"!
If U are exhausted b4 delivery, u may even hv not enough strength to handle delivery, not to mention unable to sleep well in the first 1-2 months later.
This is a way to give yourself maternity leaves, 4weeks holidays is official for all moms. No one dare to complain, I believe!
