sorry i dun how to use pm ... because i am new here. how can i do? maybe i direct post here ?

i have use a diet pills . for 2 capsules daily morning time . my elder sister gave me 2 months ago. she bought from other wedsite .
first i have took i feel thirty only. after 2 weeks then my back side become thiner than before. meantime i have lose hair (little bit) than i call my sister . she passed the girl contact for asking .
today i have take measurement my weight 117.2 lbs. fat 24% . quit good for me.
