是次咨詢會目的:

其實一直以來我地僱主都遇到好多僱傭問題,亦有好多僱主根本搞唔清楚相關法例,究竟要點做先可避免中招,可以點做先可保障自己等等….但每當打電話到有關機構查詢時,佢地既答案又令僱主無所適從.所以我地就決定要約兩處代表出黎,希望可以解答疑慮.
今次能成功約到佢地肯出席這次講座,我們是要請一位好好人的立法會議員協助(sorry,我要先徵求他同意,才可post個名出黎,因佢只係義務協助我地,而從無要求我地公開多謝佢)不過我可公開多謝BK會員doristsang,她在極忙的情況下都一直在這事上幫我地聯絡該議員.
這次是我們一個好好的機會去問,去聽正確的勞工及入境法例.(關於外籍家庭傭工),所以我們須要大家去支持出席,我們大家亦要合作搵多d相關法例的漏洞及疑問,到時可以質詢他們.所以我們極需要大家意見,如各位有任何疑問,甚至曾發生過被外傭屈的case,都可post/E-mail給我[email protected] 我會收集好資料後再研究整理.
另由於在會上不想引起混亂,我們會將問題集中後,由發言人/主持發問.這就可避免影響會上氣氛.亦不怕擔心會引致不良後果.
最後是我們只是一群普通的外傭僱主,並無任何政治背景及組織.只是對現行的外傭政策及條例上有很多看不過眼的地方,所以就義務搞這些活動,令大家可多些渠道去詢問.各位不須擔心會牽涉入任何政治目的.
希望大定踴躍支持出席及叫多些朋友出席這次的質詢會.謝謝!!

見有媽咪被入境處落口供, 可否代問一下, 究竟工人去奶奶, 媽咪家幫忙做家居清潔是否反法? 會唔會某d情況下係反法, 或者某d情況下就冇事呢? 又或者係計次數, 例如年尾大掃除, 老人家體力問題, 而作出幫忙就酌情可以接受呢? 又例如, 自己出錢請工人, 但係工人跟bb就住係奶奶屋企, 星期六日就回自己屋企住, 咁清潔自己屋企又得唔得呢? 有冇衝突呢? 定係關鍵在於勞保問題, 假設兩個單位都買左保險, 係咪又另計呢?謝謝!

你呢個問題已經一早有定案，係勞工法例內已經說明唔可以將外傭放在兩個屋企內，兩間屋有買保險唔關外傭事，我諗你要分別外傭的勞工保險同家居保險分別。

稍後時間我地會出一個討論問題的Topic，因為正在選擇一些連勞工處都唔識答的問題，安排在當日發問
