Sometimes such a message is a false warning and the problem is reallysomething else. Turning script on and off varies for differentbrowsers, but it usually starts at the tools tab and goes several levels down.

For IE6:
click tools tab > select internet options > click security tab > clickcustom level button > go to bottom of list and then go up a bit until you find active scripting and make sure it is marked enabled.

For Firefox:
click tools tab > select options > click content tab > make sure theenable javascript selection is checked. Do not confuse java listed just below javascript with javascript. It is something completely different.
