I made that mistake before. My last bun bun told me she didn't want torenew the contract (I had 2 contracts with her). When I paid her thelast salary, she then asked for the severance fee. I said it's her whodidn't want to renew the contract but she denied. As I didn't have anywritten document about that, I could only pay her the fee.


Don't make the same mistake as I did!! Better be safe than sorry.
